As the owner of the shop, Joe has more than 30 years experience and specializes in men's and women's hair. He is a Master Educator who loves to share his expertise with the team. Barbering and Hair Dressing is in Joe's blood as he is the son of a hair dresser and grew up in a salon. Outside of Heritage, Joe focuses his energy on family, health, wellness, golfing, hunting and fishing.

With 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Erin is known for her precision barbering skills and exceptional attention to detail in both cutting and coloring for men and women. Her cheerful and magnetic energy creates a welcoming atmosphere, making every client feel comfortable and confident. Michael has been a Master stylist and Master Educator for over 25 years, dedicating his life to the industry. He excels in precision haircutting in both men and women. Michael's warm nature and remarkable talent always keeps the clients in his chair happy and feeling their very best. When he is not behind the chair, Michael loves spending time with his family right here in Haddon Township.

Shannon brings her numerous years of experience and high energy to every client who sits in her chair. Shannon specializes in men's cuts, scissor cuts, and she is exceptionally good with kids!!

Clients love him for his attention to detail. Christian specializes is all Men's Cuts and Beards & Head Shaves. Chris has an eclectic interest in music, sports, sneakers, and a love for practicing his craft.

Steve started his career in salons before transitioning into barbering, bringing over ten years of industry experience to my craft. As an educator for Reuzel, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping the next generation of barbers refine their skills. Beyond the shop, Steve enjoys music, photography, and cooking-creative outlets that inspire my work every day. Whether behind the chair or teaching a class, my focus is always on precision, style, and education.

With 20 years of experience in the industry, Melissa is the backbone of our front desk operations. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures a smooth and efficient schedule, keeping our barbers focused and our clients happy. From managing appointments to creating a seamless flow in the shop, she makes sure every visit is stress-free. Whether you’re booking your next cut or just stopping by, Melissa’s expertise makes all the difference.

Dino is a classic barber who received his training in a traditional shop apprenticeship at Vinnie’s Barbershop in Philadelphia. After apprenticing, Dino continued cutting his teeth at Meister’s Barbershop in East Passyunk before crossing the bridge and joining the Heritage team. Dino excels in regular men’s haircuts, skin fades, hot towel shaves and beard trims. Dino’s quality craftsmanship and outgoing personality help to keep his clients looking and feeling their best. Outside of the shop Dino also works as a vinyl DJ at various venues through the NJ/Philly area.
